Case Product Availability/Delivery

IMPORTANT NOTE - Our online web store for case products is available to the UK market place only! For product requirements outside the UK please visit our dealer page to find your nearest HARDCASE distributor who can advise respective country dealer contact information. UPDATE - For ALL orders to Ireland please contact our distributor Clarke's Music Company. Details can be found on our dealers information page.

Delivery of Spare Parts (available to UK only - for international requests, please contact your nearest Hardcase stockist)

Within the UK we use a courrier who deliver via next working day service. Orders outside the UK - please contact your nearest Hardcase stockist.

We aim to dispatch spare parts orders within 5 working days from receipt. 

Contract

When ordering product via the web store, email confirmation will be sent by return to acknowledge receipt of respective order. The received order will represent an offer to purchase product(s) from HARDCASE with our confirmation acting as written acceptance of the respective online order. Product(s) not detailed on original purchase order will not form part of the sales contract.

Returns

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of ordered goods to change your mind without reason. However, you must give a clear statement (not necessarily in writing) and ensure goods are returned within 14 days for a full refund. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Goods being returned must be in their original condition and packaging. However, in the event original packing is not available, please ensure goods being returned are well packaged as we reserve the right refuse if received damaged. If you are returning goods, please email us at sales@hardcase.com with your full name and respective order reference including details of the return carriage arrangements. Our returns address can be found on the original order confirmation email.

When arranging product for return we recommend using the services of companies such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, UPS, DPD. Please ensure insurance is taken as full responsibility for goods being returned remains with you until received safely and signed for by HARDCASE. Insurance will allow any compensation claim to be made if item being returned is lost in transit.

Refunds will be arranged within 14 days of goods received back at HARDCASE. Funds will be processed through Nat West TYL using the original payment method. Email notification will be sent once the refund transaction has been processed. Please allow 5 working days for funds to clear.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Goods altered from their original condition cannot be returned.

Faulty goods may be returned within 28 days from date of delivery with an exchange item offered or full refund given. Any product found to be faulty after 28 days will be subject to our Lifetime Warranty terms (full terms & conditions are available upon request). If you incur problems with any HARDCASE product, please email us at sales@hardcase.com to discuss (Note - General wear & tear is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty).

This does not affect your statutory rights.
