CASE PRODUCT DELIVERY

HARDCASE WEBSTORE CHRISTMAS 2017 DELIVERY DEADLINE
Please be advised our last date for placing case orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 7th December, 2017. Unfortunately, orders received after this date cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
Orders for spare parts will be posted out up to 21st December 2017 inline with Royal Mail Christmas posting schedules.

HARDCASE International Limited operates a make to order service with a current lead time of 10 working days from receipt of order to delivery. However, please be advised extended delivery periods may be incurred due to busy seasonal periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays. Under no circumstances will HARDCASE compensate for delayed orders.

Please note - The HARDCASE web store for case products is only available to the UK market place (not including Channel Isles and Isle of Man). For product requirements outside the UK please visit our dealer page to find your nearest HARDCASE distributor.

UK web store orders are shipped using DPD standard service. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after order placement then please allow up to 9 working days for respective tracking details to be sent by email. Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours Monday to Friday. A signature will be required at the designated delivery address. Please note: Responsibility for ownership of goods shipped passes to the purchaser once delivery has been received and signed for.

Delivery charges will be shown at the checkout stage before final submission of order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. The applicable delivery charge shown at checkout is a standard charge and does not constitute any guarantee of delivery date from the time an order has been placed.

Any goods received damaged or with shortages MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery. After this time period HARDCASE cannot be held responsible.

DELIVERY OF SPARE PARTS (available to both UK and International customers)

Within the UK we use Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class Service. Orders outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Service (country destinations serviced will be identified at the checkout stage).

UK - £4.20
EUROPE - £7.00
INTERNATIONAL (ZONE 1) - £10.00
INTERNATIONAL (ZONE 2) - £12.00

We aim to dispatch spare parts orders within 2 working days from receipt, please then allow time for the respective countries postal service to effect delivery - we estimate between 3 & 7 working days for UK and Europe, Rest of The World is subject to Royal Mail's published delivery timetable which can be viewed at www.royalmail.com

CONTRACT

When ordering product via the web store, email confirmation will be sent by return to acknowledge receipt of respective order. The received order will represent an offer to purchase product(s) from HARDCASE with our confirmation acting as written acceptance of the respective online order. As HARDCASE operate a make to order service, please allow 10 working days for ordered goods to be manufactured and delivered. Product(s) not detailed on original purchase order will not form part of the sales contract.

RETURNS

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of ordered goods to change your mind without reason. However, you must give a clear statement (not necessarily in writing) and ensure goods are returned within 14 days for a full refund. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Goods being returned must be in their original condition and packaging. However, in the event original packing is not available, please ensure goods being returned are well packaged as we reserve the right refuse if received damaged. If you are returning goods, please email us at [email protected] with your full name and respective order reference including details of the return carriage arrangements. Our returns address can be found on the original order confirmation email.

When arranging product for return we recommend using the services of companies such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, UPS, DPD. Please ensure insurance is taken as full responsibility for goods being returned remains with you until received safely and signed for by HARDCASE. Insurance will allow any compensation claim to be made if item being returned is lost in transit.

Refunds will be arranged within 14 days of goods received back at HARDCASE. Funds will be processed through Worldpay using the original payment method. Email notification will be sent once the refund transaction has been processed. Please allow 5 working days for funds to clear.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Goods altered from their original condition cannot be returned.

Faulty goods may be returned within 28 days from date of delivery with an exchange item offered or full refund given. Any product found to be faulty after 28 days will be subject to our Lifetime Warranty terms (full terms & conditions are available upon request).
