DELIVERY OF CASE PRODUCTS

Please note HARDCASE operate a make to order service

This service is available to the UK market place only (except Channel Isles and Isle of Man), if you are outside the UK please visit our dealers page to find your local distributor.
Delivery charges:
INDIVIDUAL CASES - £8 (PER DELIVERY)
PRE-PACKED SETS - £15 (PER DELIVERY)

IMPORTANT NOTE AS OF FEBRUARY 2017 - Due to high order levels our current lead time for product availability is 10 working days approx.. from receipt of order to delivery. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Orders are shipped using DPD standard service. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after order placement then please allow up to 6 working days for respective tracking details to be sent by email. Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours Monday to Friday. A signature will be required at the designated delivery address.

Responsibility for ownership of goods supplied passes to the purchaser once delivery has been received and signed for.

Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before final submission of firm order. Unfortunately, HARDCASE cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. The applicable delivery charge shown is a standard charge and does not constitute any guarantee of delivery date from the time an order has been placed.

As HARDCASE operate a make to order service, we aim to effect delivery within 7 working days from receipt of order. However, please be advised extended delivery periods may be incurred due to busy seasonal periods such as Christmas. Under no circumstances will HARDCASE compensate for delayed orders.

ANY DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED OR SHORTAGES MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY - HARDCASE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE IF REPORTED AFTER 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

DELIVERY OF SPARE PARTS (available to both UK and International customers)

Within the UK we use Royal Mail Signed for 2nd class service. Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Standard (please use the checkout to see where we deliver).

EUROPE - £7.00
INTERNATIONAL (ZONE 1) - £10.00
INTERNATIONAL (ZONE 2) - £12.00

HARDCASE aim to ship all received spare parts orders within 2 working days from placement, please then allow time for the postal service to effect delivery.

We estimate 3 – 7 working days for delivery of all spare parts orders within the UK and Europe, Rest of The World is subject to Royal Mail's published delivery timetable.

CONTRACT

When ordering product through our web store, email confirmation will be supplied by return acknowledging receipt. Your order represents an offer to purchase product from HARDCASE with our confirmation acting as written acceptance of the respective online order. As HARDCASE operate a make to order service, please allow 7 working days for ordered goods to be manufactured and delivered. Any product not detailed on the original purchase order will not form part of the sales contract.

RETURNS

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of ordered goods to change your mind without reason. However, you must give a clear statement (not necessarily in writing) and ensure goods are returned within 14 days for a full refund. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Goods being returned must be in their original condition and packaging. However, in the event original packing is not available, please ensure goods being returned are well packaged as we reserve the right refuse if received damaged. If you are returning goods, please email us at [email protected] with your full name and respective order reference including details of the return carriage arrangements. Our return address can be found on the original order confirmation email.

When arranging product for return we recommend using the services of companies such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, UPS, DPD. Please ensure insurance is taken as full responsibility for goods being returned remains with you until received safely and signed for by HARDCASE. Insurance will allow any compensation claim to be made if item being returned is lost in transit.

Refunds will be arranged within 14 days of goods received back at HARDCASE. Funds will be processed through Worldpay using the original payment method. Email notification will be sent once the refund transaction has been processed. Please allow 5 working days for funds to clear.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Goods altered from their original condition cannot be returned.

Faulty goods may be returned within 28 days from date of delivery with an exchange item offered or full refund given. Any product found to be faulty after 28 days will be subject to our Lifetime Warranty terms (full terms & conditions are available upon request).
